To add or remove a user from the platform, please submit a support ticket via email to ebu-support@primustech.com.sg. Be sure to include the following details:
- Full Name of the user
- Email Address of the user
Once the account has been successfully created or removed, our support team will mark the ticket as resolved which will ] send you an email update.
Additionally, newly created users will receive a separate email prompting them to set up their account password.
