Upon Log in, there will be a chat history tab on the right side as shown below
1. Click on it to expand
2. Select the past chat you would like to view
If you are in one category and you click on the chat history of another category, it will jump to that category and you are required to select the chat you want to view again.
Note: Do note that continuing the chat or exporting the chat is currently unavailable
